Because I don’t know if we’ll ever get to do our auction to benefit OPAK – Ocean Protection Advocacy Kids, I’m holding a little fundraiser for June 17th, my 68th birthday! I never thought I’d get this old, and I am ever grateful for each day, and to the wonderful people in my life, especially my students who keep me young, and their awesome families. OPAK’s aim is to Empower youth to become curious ambassadors for the environment through the arts. I hope that I do that too.  They have great summer programs for kids, too.

There are two ways you can support OPAK. You can directly DONATE HERE, or you can BUY A TEE-SHIRT that looks like this:

FUTURE CLASSES – I am starting to think about getting some 3-class Art Smorgasbord sessions of 6 or fewer going around the end of July if the covid forecast is good. Let me know if you are interested, and I’ll build a list with current students getting priority.

Enjoy these beachy artworks, and scroll down for the Zoom Class Schedule and Fauve reference pictures.

ZOOM CLASS LINKS Just click the link to join the class. This week we’ll be Wild Beasts and make fauve paintings. This is a great lesson where Color seems so important but still doesn’t matter as much as Values.
