We have a lot to learn from the masters, and last week we looked at a lot of masterworks, and the self portraits of a bunch famous masters. It’s not surprising that there were hardly any female painters back in history… I had Franz Marc ready for those undecided. This week we will continue thinking about who our favorite painters are and why.
I had printed out a bunch of Franz Marc’s works and hid a Matisse in there. It was fun for the kids to find out which one was done by a different painter. Which one is the Matisse? And there’s a Monet in there too. Enjoy the artwork, and scroll down for the CLASS SCHEDULE.
Ryan and Kyla finished their acrylic paintings, one still life and one dystopian scene.
