{"id":31,"date":"2016-03-22T13:19:00","date_gmt":"2016-03-22T17:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/heidimayo.com\/spiritblog\/?page_id=31"},"modified":"2018-02-28T11:05:52","modified_gmt":"2018-02-28T16:05:52","slug":"communities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/heidimayo.com\/spiritblog\/communities\/","title":{"rendered":"Communities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I found when I was first starting out, it was very helpful to join a couple of online communities where people in the same boat were navigating the same uncharted\u00a0waters. \u00a0I have only joined two, but I will list more that have been recommended. <\/p>\n<p>This <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/thisnakedmindcommunity.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Naked Mind Community<\/a><\/strong> is a wonderful bunch of intelligent, sensible people all intent on helping each other change their relationship with ethanol in a world where drinking poison is heavily marketed as the &#8220;elixir of life.&#8221; \u00a0There&#8217;s also a private\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/thisnaakedmind\/?fref=ts\">This Naked Mind Facebook page<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellosundaymorning.org\/pages\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hello Sunday Morning<\/a><\/strong>, originally started to change the Australian drinking culture, has grown into the largest online movement for alcohol behaviour change in the world.
