We’ll be continuing on with the self portraits this week. It’s one of the most difficult tasks, and greatest learning opportunities – which is why we do it every year. Getting a likeness is really hard, so we’ll use every tool and technique we’ve got. The Wednesday and Thursday kids’ paintings are at the “teenage stage” – quite awkward, but filled with great potential. \ud83d\ude42 We’ll keep at them until they are done. When the selfies are complete, kids will be having Free Draw, so come prepared next week with a reference photo or small object.
\nNOTE: I’m off to help out with my grandkids April 12-19, so no classes during that time, and April vacation week. Any account balances will be carried \u00a0over to week of April 24.
