SUMMER SIX 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n

I will need 4 students signed up to hold each these summer sessions. If you know of friends who’d like to join, please share this with them. \u00a0This post will be updated often.
\n<\/b>WEEK OF JULY 4th<\/sup> – OFF<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

WEEK OF JULY 10 Monday -Thursday (4), MORNING 9-11<\/b>, Backyard Naturalist (Laura, Hadley, and Ben so far. Need 1 more to make his class happen)<\/span>
\n<\/b><\/span>Four 2-hour classes, $130 (2nd<\/sup> sib $120) Kids learn how to make a nature journal as we visit local environs, learn observation and journaling skills, collect specimens and draw local plants, insects, creatures, and who knows what else. <\/span>I’ll need cell phone # of parents in case things change as we go along
\n<\/span>Day 1 – <\/b>Top of the World, 18 Savery Ave, we’ll do actual backyard to get our journaling system down.
\n<\/span>Day 2 <\/b>Meet at Hedge School parking lot to do pond stuff; we’ll walk back to Savery Ave for pick up.
\n<\/span>Day 3 <\/b>(low tide is 8:30) Meet at little beach at the end of Atlantic St, weather permitting. We’ll walk up the hill to powwow; pickup at 18 Savery Ave.
\n<\/span>Day 4 <\/b>Meet at Conservation area off Bourne St (road next to the Hedge pond, go right to parking area. We’ll walk back to house
\n<\/span>All weather dependent, so will meet at 18 Savery Ave if weather is lousy. Kids need to know that impeccable behavior and willingness to walk a half mile is required, as we will be out in the field and walking back to the house. Kids keep their journals and pencils. <\/span><\/p>\n

WEEK OF JULY 17, Mon -Thursday (4), AFTERNOON 2-4:00<\/b> , Art Smorgasbord (Jack F so far, need 3 more to make a class)<\/span>
\n<\/b><\/span>Four 2-hour classes, $130 (2nd<\/sup> sib $120), Day 1- air dry clay, day 2 watercolor, day 3 pastel, day 4 acrylic and paint clay stuff.<\/span><\/p>\n

WEEK OF JULY 24, Tues \u2013 Thursday, MORNING 9-11:00, Watercolor Painting
\n<\/b><\/span>Three 2-hour classes, $100 (2nd<\/sup> sib $90), learn watercolor painting basics for landscape, still life and color experimentation.<\/span><\/p>\n

WEEK OF JULY 31, Tues \u2013 Thursday AFTERNOON 2-4:00,<\/b> Pastels for Everyone <\/b>Three 2-hour classes, $130 (2nd<\/sup> sib $120)<\/span><\/p>\n

WEEK OF AUGUST 7, Monday -Thursday, MORNING 10-noon, Art Smorgasbord (Laura, Hadley, Sam, Capri, Sydney, Nick; we’re good to go)<\/span>
