Once a year the students make self portraits. It is great to watch their development as they grow as artists.\u00a0\u00a0This isn’t about making masterpieces; this is about learning to use values to create volume and contour, to understand proportions, to get a likeness, and so much more.\u00a0Check out this week’s portraits by artists ages 5-11. \u00a0More to come next week. \u00a0Scroll down for the schedules.<\/p>\n
