The Great Halloween Candy Challenge was a big, tasty challenge for the students where they learned to create the essence of things, relationships of objects, and creating volume and depth.
\nThis week it’ll be scary stuff like bats and witches and haunted houses, Harry Potter, too. If kids have a scary reference item or picture they’d like to paint, they are welcome to bring it, otherwise, I’ll provide a lot of scary reference pictures. Think of it as a scary free draw.<\/p>\n

CLASSES<\/strong>
\nThe front steps are done, but students will always come down the driveway, and enter through the back door, leaving shoes in the pantry (until we get the side entrance done). Kids are welcome to leave a pair of slippers or\u00a0indoor footwear on the rack to have here. I might re-think if snow gets to be a big issue, but for now, back door is the entrance.<\/p>\n

Please notify me 24 hours in advance if your kid won\u2019t be coming. Payment is expected for last minute cancellations or no shows. Of course sometimes there are extenuating circumstances\u00a0like illness\u00a0that are handled differently.
