ART CONTEST:\u00a02020 Marine Endangered Species Art Contest<\/a>\u00a0Students are welcome to create artwork for this contest both in art class and at home.\u00a0<\/b>Because<\/span>\u00a0we have to send the original artwork, students can use other mediums like pen and ink or watercolor.\u00a0Entries must be submitted or be postmarked by\u00a0Friday, April 17, 2020<\/strong>, and I will be happy to send the artwork.\u00a0Please visit the link for the prospectus. https:\/\/www.fisheries.noaa.gov\/event\/2020-marine-endangered-species-art-contest<\/a>. and let me know if your artist is interested.<\/p>\n

We are excited to be starting to get ready for the Annual Student Show and Noisy Silent Auction on May 22, 5-7:00. Make sure to confirm ASAP if your kid will be participating. Everything you need to know is here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Last week we took a break from the pastels and did some pen and ink work. It is a beautiful medium, and the kids learned a lot. The biggest lessons were the ones that were learned because of mistakes.\u00a0A Top of the World motto:\u00a0 The\u00a0more failures\u00a0you make the more successes you get.
