The kids did a really good job with a complex still life. Drawing from life is the best way to improve drawing skills. I recommend that all of the artists spend just 5 minutes a day contour drawing and making value studies of\u00a0ordinary things in the home.
\nI just read this really good article about\u00a010 Great Health Benefits Of Painting And Drawing<\/a> and share it here. One thing I can say for certain is that art greatly enhances health and wellbeing especially during these trying times.<\/p>\n

New Session for Newbies \u2013 <\/strong>Please share this if you know\u00a0anyone who might be interested. \u00a0I’m offering\u00a0a session of 6 Monday after school classes for newbies January 24, 31, Feb 7, 14, 28 and March 7, 4-5:30. This introductory 6-class session is $200. I sent an email to the people on the wait list, and I’ve heard back from one so far. If I have 4 interested we\u2019ll do it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
