Once a year we have the Great Halloween Candy Challenge. It is a difficult exercise with an enticing reward. \u00a0First the kids draw their favorite piece of candy just as they see it. \u00a0After they’ve made a tiny value study of the setup, they make their painting – first drawing the negative space between the candies. \u00a0<\/p>\n
