Very excited for the 11th Annual Student Exhibit and Auction opening this Friday, May 10, 5-7:00. The kids generously donated their artwork for the auction. You can see all of the auction items here. Almost ready to hang the show. Just need a few missing artworks delivered yesterday…
EXHIBITORS Please find the table at the end of this post, and check it twice for accuracy. Anyone who wants to contribute finger food to the opening, please let me know. This week’s question: What is your favorite kind of pizza?

We will be having regular classes until school ends on June 14. If classes get too sparse due to sports and such, I may have to consolidate classes.

EXHIBITORS One of the reasons I need to have all of the works on hand is so I can confirm and make the labels and program before I hang the show – which is why I’ve been haranguing about it. If there’s not an x next to a listing, that means I don’t have the work in hand, and I can’t hang it at Bramhall’s. So, get those missing works to me ASAP, please, as I plan to get over there tomorrow to get things rolling.

Summer Exhibition Opportunity deadline May 31
The Plymouth Public Library is having an Arts & Crafts festival on Sunday, August 11, 10AM to 5PM. They contacted me wondering if some of the students want to share a tent. For students they’re charging $25, and 3 kids can share a tent (tent rental a buck for the kids). This is an opportunity to sell artwork and anything else you may have been creating.
