Giving Thanks

I am so thankful for all of the wonderful kids and families that come to me through art. Although I’d been teaching adults for a few years, I had never thought of teaching kids. It just happened seventeen years ago when Wendy Reifeiss brought Payton to me, and from there it grew and grew, as I developed a fine art curriculum for kids while teaching more than 500 students over these years. I couldn’t ask for a better job, a real vocation, and I thank all of my students and families past and present for trusting me to help shape these awesome young artists.
