Weekly Update

Good news: I’ve been in contact with the event planner of the Harborwalk apartments at the Cordage. I have taught the residents there in their beautiful lobby, and they are excited to host our annual student show and auction in May! We’ve got a tentative May 19 opening date, and we’ll be able to leave the show hanging for a week or two. Once I’ve got the dates locked in, we can start planning for the show.
Lots of missing kids last week who will be drawing hands and feet this week while the kids who already did that have a Free Draw day to create works they’ve been hoping to do in the medium of their choice.
Managed to squeeze both one-point perspective and negative space lessons into the youngers’ Monday class, and they did a great job! Enjoy last week’s works and scroll down for the class schedule.
