We’ll be working on our self portraits for the next couple of weeks. When a student finishes his or hers, they get a “free draw” class, and can paint anything they want. This is the biggest challenge of the year, and the kids never cease to amaze me. Please encourage the kids to bring reference – a favorite object or photo – for free draw.
