We had a busy week at the Top. Twenty-one artists did some wonderful works.
Whenever we have newbies, we always to the orange lesson, as it’s the best way to familiarize artists with pastels and creating volume with values. Students will do this lesson numerous times, and each time they learn something new.

Wednesday kids are awesome. Jack is now 10 and has been with me since he was in kindergarten. Since it was such a beautiful day, we voted and chose watercolor outside.
Thursday is all girls, a bunch of whom are as thick as thieves. Since we had some newbies, be continued on with the orange lesson…
